2. Services Provided

2.1 The Company offers a range of domestic and international shipping services, including express delivery, standard delivery, and specialized logistics solutions for various industries. 2.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse the shipment of packages that violate local, national, or international laws or regulations. 2.3 The Company may subcontract certain services to third-party carriers or agents. These subcontracted services will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective carriers.

3. Shipping Fees and Additional Costs

3.1 All shipping fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and service type selected. 3.2 Additional charges, including but not limited to customs duties, taxes, storage fees, and governmental inspection fees, are the sole responsibility of the Client. 3.3 The Company reserves the right to adjust fees due to changes in fuel costs, surcharges, or regulatory fees. Clients will be informed of any such adjustments before finalizing the shipment.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including addresses, contact details, and package descriptions, is accurate and complete. 4.2 The Client must package goods securely using appropriate materials to protect them from damage during transit. The Company will not be liable for damages resulting from inadequate packaging. 4.3 The Client must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the transportation of goods, including restrictions on prohibited or hazardous items.

5. Interception by Government Agencies

5.1 If any package is intercepted by government agencies, including but not limited to customs authorities, security agencies, or other regulatory bodies, the Company will not be held liable for any resulting delays, confiscation, or penalties. 5.2 The Client agrees to bear any additional fees, fines, or costs incurred due to such interception, including but not limited to inspection fees, penalties, and administrative charges. 5.3 The Company will notify the Client promptly of any such interception and provide guidance on resolving the issue. However, the responsibility for resolving such matters rests solely with the Client.

6. Prohibited Items

6.1 Clients are strictly prohibited from shipping items that are illegal, hazardous, perishable, restricted under applicable laws, or otherwise deemed unacceptable by the Company. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Narcotics and controlled substances
• Explosives and flammable materials
• Counterfeit goods
• Live animals 6.2 If prohibited items are discovered, the Company reserves the right to:
• Confiscate or dispose of such items
• Report the shipment to the appropriate authorities
• Terminate the shipping agreement immediately without refund 6.3 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or penalties arising from the shipment of prohibited items.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 The Company is not liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, acts of terrorism, or governmental actions. 7.2 The Company’s liability for loss or damage to a package is limited to the declared value of the shipment, subject to the terms of any additional insurance purchased by the Client. 7.3 Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase insurance coverage for valuable or fragile items. Insurance claims must be supported by documentation, including receipts or proof of value.

8. Claims and Disputes

8.1 Any claims for lost, damaged, or delayed packages must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date. Claims must include detailed information about the shipment and supporting evidence, such as photographs or invoices. 8.2 Disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is headquartered. Clients agree to resolve disputes through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

9.1 The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of Client information. Personal data collected during the shipping process will be used solely for service delivery and compliance purposes. 9.2 The Company will not share Client information with third parties except as required by law or for the fulfillment of shipping services. 9.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring that their data and information provided to the Company are accurate and up-to-date.

10. Amendments

10.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of significant changes through the Company’s website or other communication channels. 10.2 Continued use of the Company’s services after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

11. Acceptance

11.1 By using the Company’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between the Client and the Company.
